Quick answer
If a Demystify partner referred your organisation — you signed up through their link — that partner is your partner-of-record. Demystify pays them a commission on what you pay for ASHR.work. It changes nothing about your workspace: they have no login, no seat and no view of your data. They see only that you are a customer they referred, and the amounts of your invoices on their own statement.
What is a partner-of-record?
ASHR.work is part of the Demystify Partner Programme, alongside Finocket and other Demystify products. Partners — resellers, affiliates, chartered accountants and agencies — refer organisations to the products they know. When you create your workspace through a partner's link, that partner is recorded as your partner-of-record for ASHR.work. The record is per product: a partner who referred you to ASHR.work is not automatically your partner on any other Demystify product.
Your organisation owns the workspace from the day it is created. The partner is not an administrator, does not hold your subscription and cannot act on your behalf. Being referred is a commission relationship between the partner and Demystify, nothing more.
What can my partner see?
Nothing inside your workspace. A partner-of-record never sees your employees, your payroll, your documents, your leave or attendance records, or anything else you keep in ASHR.work. They cannot sign in to it.
What they do see, on their own partner statement, is:
- that your organisation is a customer they referred, and
- the amounts of your invoices, because their commission is calculated from what you pay.
Invoices themselves — the documents with your GSTIN, address and line items — are yours. They are emailed to you and listed under Admin → Plan & Billing; the partner does not receive them.
Does a referral change what I pay?
No. You pay the published price for your plan and add-ons, in INR ex-GST, exactly as described in How do plans, module pricing and the free trial work?. The commission is paid by Demystify out of that price; nothing is added to your bill and nothing is deducted from what the product includes.

How do I stop a partner being my partner-of-record?
Email hello@ashr.work from an admin account and ask us to remove the partner-of-record from your organisation. We confirm the change by email. Removing the partner has no effect on your workspace, your plan or your invoices. A self-serve control on the Plan & Billing page is planned; until it ships, support is the route.
Partner NFR workspaces
A Demystify partner can be granted a not-for-resale (NFR) workspace of their own, for demos, training and internal use. It is not a customer workspace, and the terms are fixed:
- Growth features, for up to 10 employees.
- No charge — it is not billed and does not appear on the pricing page.
- Granted by Demystify only to Authorized partners and above.
- Earns no commission: an NFR workspace is never counted as referred revenue.
If you are a partner and want an NFR workspace, ask through the Demystify Partner Programme, not through ASHR.work support.
