Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent security, or upload unlawful content.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per active employee. You may cancel anytime; unused portions are non-refundable.

Availability

Our availability targets are published on our status page, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Demystify Systems LLP's registered jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by your local law.
