Posting an announcement
Open Feed → Compose. Write the post (rich text), choose the audience, and optionally: schedule it for later, pin it to the top, or require acknowledgement. Acknowledgement-required posts show a progress count; the detail view lists exactly who's pending, with a reminder button that notifies all of them at once.
Kudos and celebrations
Anyone can send kudos to a colleague from the feed — it posts publicly and rolls up into the insights view's top-receivers list. Birthdays, work anniversaries and new joiners get automatic celebration cards each morning, generated only for tenants with the module enabled.
Measuring reach
Feed → Insights (admins) shows reach and engagement per post — reactions, comments and acknowledgement completion — so you know what lands.
