How do I ask a colleague for feedback?
Open Feedback, pick a colleague and a topic, and send the request. They answer once with a 1–5 rating and a note; you and your manager can read it.

Who can read feedback I asked for or gave?
The person who asked, the person who answered, and the requester's manager. HR admins have no read; feedback on demand is a personal record, not an administrative one.
