What does each status on the Integrations page mean?

Connected means the thing measured is present now; Not connected means it is absent; Not provisioned means the feature is not set up on this deployment at all. Nothing on the page is assumed.

Quick answer

Connected — what the card measures is present right now (an active key, an installed workspace, a credential, a flag that is on). Not connected — it is absent. Not provisioned — the underlying feature is not set up on this deployment, so there is nothing to connect yet. Every card says in one sentence what it looked for.

Card by card

  • API keys / OAuth clients / Outbound webhooks — counts of active rows for your workspace; the last key use and the last webhook delivery attempt when there is one.
  • Slack — an active installation record for your workspace, with its name and install date.
  • Finocket hub — the platform credential resolves (vault or environment), and the last invoice the hub issued for your workspace when there is one.
  • Demystify ID single sign-on — the deployment flag. Off means email, password and the configured providers are the ways in.
  • Miatz — roster sync is enabled for your workspace and the sync host and token are configured on the deployment. Enabled without configuration is Not connected, because nothing is pushed. The served product pack version is shown for reference; certifications mirrored from Miatz render on the Certifications page either way.

Frequently asked questions

What is "Not provisioned"?
The part of the product that integration needs is not set up on this deployment — for Miatz, the roster-sync tables are not yet applied. It is neither connected nor something you can switch on from ASHR.work.
Why does the Finocket card say no invoice has been synced, or that the mirror is not applied?
The card reads the last invoice the hub issued for your workspace. "No invoice has been synced yet" means the credential is there but the hub has not issued one for you; "the mirror is not applied" means the billing invoice table is not on this deployment yet, so there is nothing to read — the card says so rather than inventing a time.
Where do I disconnect Slack?
Admin → Organisation, on the Slack card. The Integrations page links there when Slack is installed.
