Quick answer
Open Settings or your Profile page. There you can change your photo, phone number, address and emergency contact yourself. These self-service fields save right away. Sensitive details like your name, designation and salary are admin-only, so ask HR to update those for you.
What can I change myself?
You can update the everyday details that are yours to manage:
- Photo — upload a clear picture of yourself.
- Phone — your contact number.
- Address — where you live.
- Emergency contact — who to reach if something happens to you.
These save immediately when you update them. No approval needed.

- The people directory.
- The org chart.
Pick a friendly, clear headshot so people can spot you easily.
Why can't I edit some fields?
Sensitive fields are admin-only to keep your records correct and safe. These include:
- Your name.
- Your designation or job title.
- Your salary.
If any of these are wrong, ask your HR admin to fix them. Admins update these from the employee profile.
