How do I add a new employee, and how do they sign in?

Admins add an employee from the Add New Employee form, then the new hire gets a welcome email and sets their own password. You never set or see their password.

How do I find people in the directory?

The Directory at /directory lists everyone in your org. Search by name, email or ID, filter by department, location, workforce type or status, then click a person to open their profile.

How do I edit an employee's profile?

Everyone can edit their own basic profile fields at /profile and they save straight away, while sensitive fields like designation, manager and salary are admin-only and locked for employees.
