What does each tier cost?

All prices are per month in INR and exclude GST.

There is no setup fee and no upper cap on any tier. Below the minimum you still pay for the minimum, so pick the tier whose floor fits your team.

A worked example. A 50-person team on Growth pays ₹999 + 50 × ₹69 = ₹4,449 a month ex-GST, or about ₹5,250 with 18% GST.

What is in each tier?

• Starter — the HR core (employee directory and profiles, leave and holidays, org chart, documents and policy acknowledgements, onboarding, role-based access, reports, announcements) plus payroll with PF, ESI, PT and TDS, attendance, and an internal helpdesk. Email support.
• Growth — everything in Starter, plus performance appraisals, peer feedback, check-ins, goals and OKRs, one-on-ones, recognition, expenses, shifts and rosters, asset tracking, surveys and eNPS, letters, offboarding, the talent matrix, career growth plans, the Slack app, contractor payouts and benefits. Priority email and chat support.
• Complete — everything in Growth, plus recruitment with an applicant tracking system (3 recruiter seats included), calibration, the review-cycle builder, SSO and API access, and priority support.
• Enterprise — everything in Complete, plus custom modules, contract terms and invoice billing. Talk to us for a quote.

What do add-ons cost?

A module outside your tier's bundle can be switched on à la carte, priced per employee per month and only while it is on. Growth modules on Starter: shifts ₹25, performance appraisals ₹35, peer feedback ₹25, check-ins ₹25, goals and OKRs ₹25, one-on-ones ₹19, recognition ₹19, expenses ₹29, assets ₹15, surveys and eNPS ₹19, letters ₹15, offboarding ₹15, talent matrix ₹25, career growth ₹25, Slack app ₹15, contractor payouts ₹29, benefits ₹19. Some add-ons are priced by what they meter rather than per employee:

• Recruiter seats — ₹999 per recruiter per month. Complete includes 3; on any other tier, or beyond 3, each recruiter is a seat.
• GPS and selfie attendance — ₹25 per employee per month.
• Biometric device connector — ₹499 per device per month.
• Guided data migration — ₹9,999 one-time, paid by payment link, for hands-on help with data our free self-serve importer does not cover (payroll history from a previous system, for example). Employees, leave balances, holidays, assets, salary structures and the org chart can be imported yourself, for free, from Admin → Import data — download a template, upload a CSV, and preview exactly what will change before anything is written.

How is GST handled?

Every price on this page and on /pricing is ex-GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. If your billing profile carries a Karnataka GSTIN the invoice splits it as CGST 9% + SGST 9%; any other state is charged IGST 18%. Add your GSTIN under Admin → Plan & Billing before you pay so it appears on the invoice and you can claim input credit.

How do I pay?

• Monthly — by card or UPI Autopay. The subscription renews on its own each month, and you can cancel any time from Plan & Billing.
• Annual — by a payment link we send you, with reminders 14 and 3 days before renewal.
• Above ₹15,000 a cycle — the RBI e-mandate limit means an automatic debit cannot exceed ₹15,000 including GST, so a monthly bill above that is paid through a payment link each cycle instead of an auto-debit.

Payment is in advance. A GST tax invoice is emailed on every charge, issued through Finocket, our sister product, and every invoice is listed with its PDF under Admin → Plan & Billing.

How does the free trial work?

Every new workspace starts on a 15-day free trial with every module unlocked and no card required. Pick a plan and pay at any point during the trial to activate immediately. When the trial ends without a plan, your workspace goes read-only for 7 days — you can still sign in and export — and is then locked. Nothing is deleted: reactivate any time by choosing a plan from Admin → Plan & Billing.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is a login. Every person who can sign in to your workspace is a seat — employees, managers and admins alike, full-time or part-time. People you keep on record without a login are not seats and cost nothing. Offboarded employees whose access is removed stop counting from the next cycle.

How do I pick a tier?

• Directory, leave, payroll, attendance and a helpdesk for a team of 20 or more → Starter.
• You run appraisals, goals or check-ins, or want expenses, shifts and the Slack app in the bundle → Growth.
• You hire regularly and want recruiting, calibration and SSO in the box, with 50 or more employees → Complete.
• Custom modules, contract terms or invoice billing → Enterprise.

International teams (USD)

Teams outside India are billed in USD on a separate sheet: Starter $4 and Growth $8 per employee per month, Enterprise quoted. USD subscriptions are paid by payment link, and invoices are zero-rated exports under LUT, so no GST is charged.
