Quick answer

Tap Report in the corner of any screen, say what went wrong in a line or two, and press Send. We attach the last screens you visited and any error messages, after hiding phone numbers, emails, PAN, GSTIN and bank numbers. You get a report number like AW-1042 and can follow it under My reports on the Notifications page.

What is sent, and what is hidden?

You can switch off the last screens and error messages before sending. The hiding is pattern based: it recognises phone numbers, email addresses, PAN, GSTIN and bank numbers, but not names, so leave out anything you do not want us to see.

  1. Tap Report

The button sits in the bottom corner of every screen except sign-in, payroll, payslips, compensation, billing, keys and connections.
  2. Say what went wrong

One or two lines is enough. Do not type passwords or card numbers.
  3. Send

If you are offline the report is saved and sent when you are back online.

Frequently asked questions

What do you send when I report a problem?
What you typed, the last screens you visited, requests that failed and error messages. We hide phone numbers, email addresses, PAN, GSTIN and bank numbers where we can recognise them, in your text as well. Names and anything else are not hidden, and we do not send a picture of your screen.
Why do I not see the Report button?
It is turned on per workspace, and it never appears on sign-in, payroll, payslips, compensation, billing, keys or connection screens.
Where do I see what happened to my report?
Under My reports on the Notifications page. It shows the report number and one of a few plain words, such as Received, Being fixed or Released.
