How do I run a recurring pulse?
An HR admin creates a pulse of one to three questions on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly cadence and activates it. People answer once per period; results show a trend per question.

Why are some pulse results withheld, and how is a pulse anonymous?
A pulse answer is stored without your name — a one-way code stands in for you so you can answer once per period — and no figure is shown until at least five people have answered that period.
