As an employee you can apply for leave, complete your self-review each quarter, upload and download documents, respond to peer feedback requests, and update your profile — all from the Dashboard. The Help icon in the top bar surfaces guides for whichever page you are on.
Things to do on your first day
Complete your profile
Settings → Profile. Add your full name, avatar, and notification preferences.Finish onboarding form
If HR has assigned an onboarding form, it appears in Get Started. Fill it in and submit once — HR reviews it and assigns your employee ID.Check your leave balance
Open Time Off. Your EL/SL/CL balances show at the top. When you need time off, click Apply.Know your review cycle
Reviews shows upcoming appraisals. Read Understanding the appraisal cycle so nothing catches you off guard.
Help lives in the product too
Click the ? icon in the top bar any time. It surfaces the guide for the page you are on, plus a search box, FAQs, and a contact option.
