How it works

    Import or invite your people

    Bulk-import employees via CSV or invite them by email. Each person is auto-assigned an employee ID in your organisation’s own format (a configurable PREFIX#### pattern), so IDs are consistent from day one.

    Map the reporting hierarchy

    Assign managers and a manager tier. The directory, org chart and approval routing all read from the same reporting lines — set it once, and it powers leave approvals, reviews and team views everywhere.

    Let employees keep it current

    Employees self-maintain their contact details and set an out-of-office availability status. Admins retain edit rights over designation, department and structural fields.
